  • Do I need an Evening DJ or the All Day Package?
    The best thing to do is get in touch and we can go through the best option for your party. The All Day Package means we will be there before your meal (or ceremony if required) and provide background music and microphones for speeches. We can then be your informal host, introducing you to your guests and making announcements when required.
  • Is sound and lighting equipment included?
    Absolutely, unless you want a DJ for a nightclub or bar with equipment supplied your DJ will arrive with all the tools need to create the party.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes - we ask for a £100 deposit along with the signed confirmation to confirm your date. The balance is then due 14 days before your date. This rate may differ if hiring equipment, you are booking as a venue or have a bespoke package
  • Do you have public liability insurance?
    Of course - do not book a supplier without! Just let us know if your venue has requested and we will forward on directly for you.
  • How much do you cost?
    It can vary - depending on times, location, package required etc. All we will say is if your evening party is important do not choose just on price alone. Our prices start at £350 and go up to £1200 and we make sure you have the right DJ or equipment for your event.
  • Do you take requests?
    Yes we encourage it! You never know the way a party will go. We always welcome a playlist of DO plays and DON’T plays! It is your party so it will be your music. Have a specific genre, nationality etc just let us know. We can get hold of anything missing from our collection. Although a large list may required a small charge if purchase is necessary.
  • Can we meet you before the event?
    Definitely. Let’s get together and find out what your requirements are. How about a coffee shop or maybe at your venue?
  • How to book?
    Each event is bespoke to your requirements and priced accordingly. The booking process: Get in touch via email info@visuallysound.co.uk or call the office on 01367 212012 and let us know a little about your event. We can then check availability. We can then discuss over email, a phone call or a meeting what we can do and what you are looking for. We then email a quotation and booking confirmation. Along with your deposit your date is confirmed. The remaining balance is then due 14 days before your event.
